Cassatt, SC – The funeral service for William Russell Paddock, Jr., 71, will be held in Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017, with military honors by the US Air Forces. Born in Nyack, NY on May 21, 1946, he was the son of the late William Russell Paddock, Sr. and Elizabeth Eulala Doughtie Paddock.He served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War.His medals included the VSM, NDSM, AFGCM and the RVCM.
