Tyler Michael Pluchinsky, 23, of Irmo, SC, died Sunday, January 7, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained in an altercation in his home.He was born on October 27, 1994 in Honolulu, Hawaii at Tripler Army Medical Center.He attended schools in North Carolina, Florida, and South Carolina.He received his GED at Irmo High School in 2015.He was employed at the Waffle House in Irmo. Tyler was a young man often misunderstood by people, but those of us who knew him saw a heart of tenderness and a light hearted funny guy that could make an awkward situation funny, and funny situation awkward.He was very protective of his family and those he loved.Tyler also had an artistic side and liked to draw, and also enjoyed cooking. Tyler is survived by his parents Brian and Tara Izzo of Irmo, SC, as well as his biological father, Michael W. Earls of Arkansas; his brother, Chase and sister, Lauren.He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Chuck and Ruth E. Pluchinsky of Charlotte, NC, and his paternal grandparents, William and Maria Izzo of Hubbard, Ohio. The family will greet friends at Kennerly Road Baptist Church, 1526 Kennerly Road, Irmo, SC 29063 on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm, followed by a short service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Temples Halloran Funeral is assisting the family.
