Ray Charles Taylor

Ray Charles Taylor, 88, of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. He was born in Auburn, Maine to the late Charles Taylor and Mabel Ryerson Taylor on June 5, 1934. Ray lived in Columbia for the past 60 years and is a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed riding his Harley and traveling the country. Ray retired from the ATF after many years of devoted service. He was a proud veteran having served during the Korean war. Ray adored his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Pearlene Taylor; daughter, Maureen Taylor (Shannon); sons, Wayne Taylor, Michael Taylor, Derek Taylor, Brian Taylor, and Kevin Taylor; 13 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
