Philip Fulmer

Columbia—A graveside service for Mr. Philip E. Fulmer, 75, of Columbia, will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Fort Jackson National Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the US Air Force. Chaplain Ken Charles will officiate. Mr. Fulmer was born in Greenville, SC on July 31, 1945, and transitioned from this life on February 14, 2021, with his loving wife by his side.He was the son of the late Philip A. Fulmer and May Corley Fulmer.Philip proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.He had retired from the United States Postal Service after 32 years of dedicated service. Survivors include his wife, Charmaine “Charlie” Y. Fulmer of the home, and brothers-in-law, Kurt LaCroix of Lexington, and Mickey Lawler of Columbia; sister-in-law, Tammy Keller of Swansea.
