Paula Van Valkenburg

Paula was born on November 14, 1966, in Denver, Colorado. She was the daughter of Carlton Ketchum and Stephanie Ellyas. Paula went on to be with her heavenly father on September 13, 2022. Paula graduated from South High School, Denver, CO in 1985. Shortly after, she married her husband of 35 years on September 27, 1986. Paula became a member of the Latter-Day Saints as a young adult. It was here, that she accepted the Lord and became a faithful follower helping out in the church in various capacities. Paula was a lover of life and always ready to try new things. She loved to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren doing various projects and activities. Even with various complications, there wasn't much that could slow her down. Paula is survived by her mother, Stephanie Ellyas, her husband, Richard Van Valkenburg, her 4 children, Allysha Drew, Melyssa Cunningham, Kylie Van Valkenburg, and Zachary Van Valkenburg, grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.
