Patricia Ann Hensley

The funeral service for Patricia “Pat” Ann Hensley, 69, of Prosperity will be held Thursday evening, August 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Temples Halloran Funeral Home, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212 with the Bishop Randy Caulder officiating.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Entombment will be held at Bush River Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at a later date. Born in Kenvir, KY on April 25, 1948, she is the daughter of Edward Arthur Killion and the late Joyce Lovell Hill Killion.Pat has been a member of the Irmo Church of God for over 33 years where she was a choir member and worked on many church committees. Pat also was deeply involved in construction of their new church.Many of her working years was involved in real estate and the banking industry. Survivors include her father, Edward Killion (Phyllis); husband of 48 years, Charles Hensley of the home; daughter, Heather Beard of Ridgeway; grandsons, Jacob Stafford (Stephanie) and Trent Stafford (Joanna); great-grandchildren, Miss Charlee Stafford, Mr. Weston Stafford and Ms. Luna Stafford; brothers, Jerry and Mike Killion; sisters, Sandy Dye and Karen Terry. Preceding her in death wereher mother and a brother, Timothy Killion. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Irmo Church of God, 10215 Broad River Rd, Irmo, SC 29063.
