Nadine was born on August 20, 1926, in Fairfield, Idaho, and departed this life on December 7, 2021, at Lexington Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Allen Clay Wells and Alta Permelia Justus.Nadine was dedicated to the Lord and a long-time member of Lexington Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school classes. She was a homemaker, wife, and loving mother who returned to work as an administrative assistant to the Director of Crafts Farrow Hospital for many years. Survivors are her daughter, Dayle D. White; son, Bruce L. White (Martha Tumblin) and Brian F. White; grandchild, Sarah Elizabeth White; sister, Dottie Messner, and brother, Phillip Wells. Those who preceded her in death besides her parents were her late husband, Herbert F. White along with eleven brothers and sisters. The family is deeply appreciative and grateful for: Bobbie Sloan, a loyal and loving caretaker who was always there for Nadine anytime day or night, Carolyn Busbee, Nadine’s close friend, neighbors (including Susan and Greg Wilkerson), and members of the Lexington Baptist Church family who all loved and helped Nadine through the years. The family would also like to recognize and thank the doctors and nurses at Lexington Medical Center for the services and care they provided. Nadine endured and overcame many challenges in her life with God’s help and she gave (and is giving now) all the credit, honor, and glory to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Lexington Baptist Church Senior Adult Ministry or to a charity of one’s choice.
