Michael "Mickey" Edwin Mccaulley

Michael Edwin “Mickey” McCaulley, 72, passed away on February 7, 2022, after an extended struggle with multiple health issues. He was the son of the late Arthur Edwin McCaulley and Hazel Lathen McCaulley. Michael was born on May 28, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and later lived in Chicago, Illinois; Lakeland, Florida, and finally found his long-time home in Columbia, South Carolina. After a career in law enforcement with the Richland County Sherriff’s Department, Michael became an Investigator for the South Carolina Medical Board of the LLR and retired in 2005. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Arthur McCaulley. Those left to mourn his loss include his loving wife of 37 years, Holley Salley McCaulley; two nephews, Michael B. McCaulley, and Connor B. Salley; brother-in-law, Benjamin C. Salley (Cheryl), and sister-in-law, Jeannie McCaulley. A private service of remembrance was held on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022, for immediate family and friends.
