Mary Jo Kilcoyne Wilson

COLUMBIA—Mary Jo Kilcoyne Wilson, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at her residence.She was born in Wetzel County, WVA on November 13, 1929. A native of West Virginia, Mary Jo taught in public schools in Baltimore, MD and worked as a teaching assistant at Lexington-Richland School District 5,and shetaught at Seven Oaks Presbyterian Kindergarten. She was an energetic and courageous lady with a delightful sense of humor.Mary Jo will be missed by all of her family. Surviving are sons, Mark Wilson (Donna) of Columbia and Franklin Wilson (Nancy) of Ninety-Six; grandchildren, Matthew and Bernadette Wilson of Columbia; Amy Wilson (Dan Shnaider) of Boston, MA.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Oliver Wilson and a son, Eric Patrick Wilson. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held for the immediate family on Friday, August 25, 2017 in the Bush River Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
