Mark Andrew Miller

The funeral service for Mark Andrew Miller, 54, of Irmo, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2021, at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Chris Allen will officiate.The family will receive friends from 2:00 ~ 3:00 p.m. before the service at the funeral home. Burial in New York is planned for a later date. Mark was born in Walton, NY on January 19, 1967, to Janice and the late Richard Miller.He died suddenly on Friday, August 27, 2021.He was a respected manager the workhorse at the workplace, he worked hard and played harder.He was an avid hunter and fisherman; Mark loved the outdoors. He was a caring, supportive, selfless father to his children.Mark left an impact on many and was loved by more people than he realized.He was quick to make people laugh and was an adventurous soul. Surviving are his children, Andrew Richard Miller and Rachel Marie Miller; sisters, Brenda Kilpatrick (David), Melissa Lecesne (Billy); brother, Michael Miller (Kim). He was preceded in death by his father. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House, Charities of Columbia, 2901 Colonial Drive, Columbia, SC 29203.
