The graveside service for Mrs. Marjorie Taylor Mitchell (80) of Columbia, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2018 in Bush River Memorial Gardens.Temples Halloran Funeral Home is assisting the Mitchell family. Born in Columbia, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Millus Porter Taylor and Bernice Free Taylor.Marjorie was a proud graduate of the old Columbia High School, class of 1957.She was a longtime member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church.Marjorie was formerly employed at TAPP’s Department Stores and later with the S.C. Department of Revenue. Survivors include a daughter, Frances M. Levy; a son David G. Mitchell (Sherri); sisters, Sandra M. Wells (Monty), Lois Pleasant and Doris Ballenger; a brother, Mike P. Taylor, and a granddaughter, Kimberly Fiorello (Daniel).Those who preceded Mrs. Mitchell in death in addition to her parents include husband, Robert E.
