Mariam E. Williams, 83, of Chapin passed away peacefully on March 4, 2025.
She was born on July 25, 1941, in Newberry, South Carolina to the late M. Lloyd and Ellain M. Amick.
Mariam was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and playing the piano.
In addition to her parents, Mariam was predeceased by her husband, Thomas M. Sharpe, Jr.
Those left to treasure her memory include her husband, Larry Williams; her children, Thomas M. Sharpe, III and Millette Mullins; her sister, Linda Kunkle (Joe); her grandchildren, Adam J. Sharpe (Kasey) and Chantz D. Elliott; her great-grandchildren, Nash Sharpe and Karsyn Sharpe; her niece, Karen Kunkle; her nephew, Kevin Kunkle (Heather); her grand-nephew, Kolin Kunkle; and her grand-niece Cayden Kunkle.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at St. Thomas Lutheran Church Cemetery, 215 St. Thomas Church Road, Chapin, South Carolina, 29036, with Pastor Larry Hagerty officiating.
Temples-Halloran Funeral Home is assisting the family during their time of mourning.
