COLUMBIA—Funeral services for Margie Clark, 79, of Columbia, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212.The Reverend Don Avore and Revered Jeffrey Neelands will officiate.Entombment will follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will greet friends from 11 a.m. -12 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark, widow to the late Charles C. Clark, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014.Born in Laurens, she was a daughter of the late Walter Daniel Campbell and Della Spencer Campbell.She was an area resident since 1970 formerly of Laurens.She worked for many years as a seamstress for several clothing stores in the area. Surviving are her daughter, Jane Rinehart (Ernie) of Rock Hill; sons, Steven Hardin (Becky) of Concord, NC and Tim Hardin (Jennie) of Leesville; daughter-in-law, Edythe Hardin; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha Mahaffee of Seneca; Gladys Smith and Evelyn Neelands both of Blacksburg, Alice Smith of York and Laura Adams of Rock Hill; brother, Dan Campbell of Pensacola, Florida. Those who preceded her in death include two sons, Bobby Hardin and Danny Hardin; brother, Gene Campbell and sister, Dorothy Sullivan. Memorials may be made to the building fund at First Wesleyan Church, 1830 York Hwy., York, SC29746.
