Henry Elliott Webb, Jr, husband of Kennon Allen Webb, died on Monday December 11, 2023. Born in Camden, SC on January 28, 1941, he was the son of Henry Elliott Webb, Sr and Thelma Pearce Webb. He graduated from Camden High School, Class of 1959. After graduation, he attended Clemson College. He was then called to serve his country in the Vietnam War. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. For 35 years he was employed by Synalloy Corporation, culminating in the role of president of Whiting Metals in Lugoff. In addition to his wife, Henry is survived by his daughters, Melissa Arscott (Stephen) and Rebecca Quenneville (Dean), his grandchildren Mary Kennon Miles (John Eagle), Fletcher Arscott, Elliott Arscott, Thomas Quenneville, and Ryan Quenneville. Additionally, he is survived by his sisters Pearce Webb Mackey, Anne Lucas Webb Hughes (Charles), and his Uncle John Lindsay Pearce, multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Henry Elliott (Trey) Webb, III. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, Chapin. In his 40 years as a member, he served his church in multiple capacities. Services will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, Chapin on Saturday December 23, 2023 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to St. Francis of Assisi designated for the Altar Guild, or to a charity of your choice.
