IRMO—The funeral service for Haskell Mannings Yenny, Jr., 75 of Irmo will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Temples Halloran Funeral Home, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212 with Preacher Gary Hoss officiating.The burial will follow in Bush River Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Yenny was born in Columbia, SC on November 8, 1942 and passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018.He was the son of the late Haskell Mannings Yenny, Sr. and Mildred Estelle Smith Yenny. Haskell was a devoted member of St. Andrews Road Church of Christ.He served there in many capacities as well as in other Churches Of Christ across the state.He attended the old Columbia High School.He worked in the trucking industry for more than 50 years,retiring from Estes Trucking Company as Operations Manager.Haskell was an avid Gamecock fan. Surviving are his wife of 53 years; Patricia Pound Yenny; daughter, Tessa Cucullu (Louis); son, Hank Yenny;sister, Kay F. Yenny.He was predeceased by his sister, Shelby Yenny Satterfield; brother, John Edward Yenny. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Southeastern Children’s Home, 115
