Harold Bert Woodall

CHAPIN—Funeral services for Harold Bert Woodall, 73, of Chapin, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 at St. Andrews Baptist Church, 230 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29210. Dr. Ronald “Dee” Vaughan will be officiating. Burial will be private.The family will greet friends from 12:30-2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Mr. Woodall, beloved husband for 53 years to Shelby Weaver Woodall.Born in Angier, NC, he was the son of the late, Bert A. Woodall and Mozelle Fish Woodall. He was a graduate from UNC of Chapel Hill in 1965. Harold was a Senior Vice President for C&S Bank for 22 years retiring after 11 years as Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending with NBSC. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and traveling.He was a commissioner for the Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission.He and his wife have been members of St. Andrews Baptist Church since 1977 and they were members of the Samaritan Sunday School Class, which will serve as honorary pallbearers. Survived by his wife; sons, Christopher Lee Woodall (Tamara) of Chapin and Michael Scott Woodall (Kimberly) of Irmo; grandchildren, Gabrielle Gentner, Nicholas Woodall, Lindsay Woodall and Brandon Woodall; brother, Edward Marshall Woodall (Gladys) of Lillington, NC.
