Gail Bailey Cannon

COLUMBIA—Gail Bailey Cannon, 67, of Columbia, beloved wife of Doyle Gene Cannon, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017.Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of Nell Derrick Bailey and the late Albert Larry Bailey.Gail worked as a cosmologist at Chevenx Hair Salon and New Attitude Hair Styling. Gail loved crafts and going to craft shows. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving in addition to her husband, Doyle Gene Cannon of Columbia; son, Jeffrey Cannon (Amanda) of Newberry; four grandchildren, Ashlynn, Jase, Ava and Amelia; mother, Nell Derrick Bailey. A graveside service in Bush River Memorial Gardens will be at a later date.
