COLUMBIA—Funeral service for Elizabeth M. “Dickie” Derrick, 94, of Columbia, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 1, 2017 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church 1416 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29210.Burial will follow at the St. Andrews Lutheran Church Cemetery.Visitation for the family will be held prior to theservice from2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the church parlor. The Reverend John Trump will officiate.Temples Halloran Funeral Home is assisting the family. She was born in Fairfield County, SC on December 9, 1922 to the late E. P. Clark and Annabelle Mason Clark. Mrs. Derrick was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church for 75 yearswhere she was involved with church choir, taught Sunday School, and was a member ofthe “Young at Heart”.She will be dearly missed by all of her loving family and all those friends who knew her. Surviving are her sons, David A. Derrick (Donna) of Irmo and Gary T. Derrick (Candy) of Irmo; grandchildren, Le Anna Palluch (Brian), Heath K. Derrick, Hayden A. Derrick, Jim Nash (Michelle) and Jeff Nash (Courtney); great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Palluch and Paige Nash.She was preceded in death by her late husband, Roland M. Derrick; son, Charles E.
