Funeral services for Edith M. Reynolds, 90, will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Bush River Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC, 29212, with interment to follow. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 2:00 pm in the Mausoleum Chapel. Dr. Tim Brokaw of Midlands Christian Church will conduct her service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MSA Hospice at 2 Palmetto Wood Parkway, Suite 201, Irmo, SC 29063, or to Midlands Christian Church at 1312 West Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072. Mrs. Reynolds was born May 11, 1932, in Belleville, Illinois, and passed away Friday, January 6, 2023, at home. She was the daughter of the late Arthur John Kopp and Elsie Koch Kopp Eckert. She was predeceased by her husband John Edmund (Jack) Reynolds, her only daughter Peggy Ann Porter and her only brother Curt Louis Kopp of Millstadt, Illinois. She was a member of Dutch Fork Christian Church and later a charter member of Midlands Christian church. She was employed by Stoops Insurance company in Irmo, SC. She is survived by sons John Edward Reynolds (Deborah) of Lexington and Dr. Wade Reynolds (Elizabeth) of Lexington. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon Reynolds, Christie Workman (David), Daniel Reynolds, Benjamin Reynolds (Abbey), Emily Montes (Mark), Thomas Reynolds (Misty), Andrew Reynolds, John Reynolds, and Stephanie Allison and her great-grandchildren, Corey Workman, Carolee Workman, Kaylee Workman, Sophia Reynolds, Evelyn Montes, Tristan Montes, Hunter Allison, Austin Allison, and Hailey Allison. Temples-Halloran Funeral Home is assisting the family.
