David Michael Ludwig, Jr.

David Michael Ludwig, Jr., age 55, of Lexington, SC passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Born in Chestnut Hill, PA, he was the son of David Michael Ludwig, Sr., and Marcia Ann Lawton (Ludwig). The greatest joy in David’s life was his children, Caroline, and Charles. David attended Lexington Elementary, Middle and High School, graduating in 1986. He then went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in business. He was employed by RPI Roofing, where he worked in sales. David was an avid Gamecock and Charleston River Dogs fan. He will be remembered as being exceedingly kind and considerate to his neighbors and friends. He loved South Carolina and his beloved Lexington. David’s family thanks everyone for their kind acts, knowing he will be missed by everyone whose life he touched.
