Charlotte Cecile Lorick

Charlotte Cecile Lorick, 70, of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Charlotte was born in Columbia, SC on October 12, 1952, to the late E. Kleckly Lorick and Margaret Smith Lorick. Charlotte was a graduate of Irmo High School and a former Miss South Carolina Pageant Contestant. She worked for many years in retail shoe sales. Survivors include her sisters, Sandra L. McCaw (Kenneth) and Laurie DeWitt all of Columbia; two nieces, three nephews, numerous great-nieces, and great-nephews. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Buddy Lorick. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, in the chapel of Temples-Halloran Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
