Charles Edward Faulk

CCOLUMBIA—A private graveside service will be held in Bush River Memorial Gardens, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212, for MSgt. Charles Edward Faulk (Ret.), 88, of Columbia.He proudly served and retired after 20 plus years from the United States Air Force.Charles served during the Korean and Vietnam wars. His second retirement, after serving his country, was fromFederal Land Bank. Mr. Faulk was born in Lumberton, NC to the late Carlie Edgar Faulk and Anna Herring Faulk.He attended Irmo First Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 66 years, Evelyn Pritchard Faulk; daughter, Linda Stamps (Terrel); sons, Jeff Faulk (Cheryl) and Mike Faulk (Susan); 6 grandchildren, Carley, Jessica, Joseph, Elisa, Jonathan and Christopher; 2 great-grandchildren, Isabella and August; sister, Mary Elizabeth Stone; brother, Bruce Benton Faulk (Dana). Memorials may be made in Charles’ honor to the American Legion Post 6, 200 Pickens Street, Columbia, SC 29205.
