The Reverend Dr. Mark Bredholt will officiate. The family invites friends to a light reception and celebration of following the service at the funeral home. Chucky entered this world fighting. He was not supposed to live. But he had other plans. He was nurtured by his loving adoptive family and later by the beautiful people at Babcock. Together they allowed Chucky to grow up to be the wonderful soul that he was. He loved music and he loved food. His job in life was to make sure everyone met his needs especially when it came to food. In return he blessed us with his beautiful soul. He was and always will be our little boy. He was survived by his mother, Jean Cornwall; father, Paul Cornwall and his wife, Carol; brothers, Paul Cornwall and his wife, Maryann; Dan Cornwall and his wife, Kris; sister, Patti BouSamra and her husband, Tony; 8 nieces and nephews and lots of wonderful family members from Babcock. We will miss him dearly! Memorials may be made to Charleston House at the Babcock Center, 2725 Banny Jones Ave., West Columbia, SC 29170. The Babcock Centers mission is to empower people with life long disabilities to enjoy life by promoting abilities and respecting choice. www.babcockcenter.org
