Buell Jennings Reeves

Buell Jennings Reeves passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 60. He was born on March 15, 1964, to the late Henry and Alice Reeves. He attended undergraduate and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina. Buell loved his family and enjoyed attending ball games, dance recitals, and pageants. He loved sports and tailgating at Gamecock football games. As a friend said, he was "a role model of grace, compassion, and caring.” Buell ran his own law firm in Irmo, South Carolina, specializing in real estate. He was married to Sue Muenchen, and together they raised their three children: Maxwell, 23, English, 21, and Erika, 20. Buell was preceded in death by his mother and father, his beloved Sue, and his sister Janell. In addition to his children, Buell is survived by his brother: Herbie (Shelly) Reeves, and multiple nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Grace Point Presbyterian Church, 11241 Broad River Road, Irmo, South Carolina. Reverend David Andes will be officiating.
