Brett Warren Hall

COLUMBIA – A service will be held for Brett Warren Hall, 50, on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. at the Basilica of Saint Peter, 1529 Assembly Street, Columbia, SC29201, with The Very Reverend Canon Gary S. Linsky, V.F., officiating.The family will greet friends after the service. Brett was born on May 7, 1969, to George E. Hall, Sr. and the late Bernadette Rose Husted Hall.He was born in and grew up in Corning, New York.He attended Corning Community College and Oswego University where he studied Industrial Technology.Brett was a Technical Recruiter at Core-TS Staffing. Brett was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.He loved the Grateful Dead.A trivia buff, Brett was a fount of knowledge and knew something about everything.He and his family loved basset hounds and had planned to bring another one into their family before he passed away.Brett was always about being kind. Brett is survived by his father; his wife of 21 years, Penny Cox Hall; and his son, Ian Hall.He is also survived by his sister, Lori Baccile; his brothers, Christopher (Carey), George, Jr. (Laurie) and David; and a number of nieces and nephews.Brett was predeceased by his mother.
