Betty Elliott Jaco, 83 of Irmo, died on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.Born August 28, 1936, in Conway, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late William Gatlin and Bessie Hardwick Elliott.Betty retired from Ag First as a Service Employee Benefit Manager after many years of service.She loved to travel and loved living on Lake Murray.Betty was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.In her younger years she was active in Salem United Methodist Church. Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth R. Jaco, sons, Michael Lynn Jaco and Glenn Jaco, and brother, Bruce Elliott. Betty is survived by her son, Ronnie Jaco; grandchildren, Jennifer Snyder, Jason Jaco, Jared Jaco and Kayla Jaco; great -grandchildren, Sebastian, Dalton, Zoe, Kaiden and Huntlee and great -great grandchild, Braxton. A private family cryptside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020, at Bush River Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29212 conducted by The Reverend Gary Phillips. Social distancing will be required along with face masks.
