The funeral service for Bernard F. Masters, Jr., aka “Bucky” 79, of Cayce, will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Providence Presbyterian Church, 1112 Hummingbird Drive, West Columbia, SC 29169 at 2:30 p.m.The Reverend Michael T. Bragan will officiate.The Masters Family will receive friends from 1:45 until the hour of service in the fellowship hall. Bucky was born in Charleston, SC on September 4, 1942, and departed this earthly life on May 29, 2022.Bucky was a member of Providence Presbyterian church for more than 35 years.Bucky graduated from St. Andrews High School, Clemson University, and received his MBA from the University of South Carolina.He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Bucky was retired from the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Survivors include his loving wife, two sons a step-daughter and their spouses; two sisters; a brother-in-law; six grandchildren; with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. His family would like to thank his sitters for their years of loving care.Also, a special thanks to the staff of the Hospice House of Lexington.
