Allison Timmerman Fortuna Gunnells

A Memorial Service for Allison Timmerman Fortuna Gunnells, 57, of Winnsboro, will be heldSunday, April 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Beth Faulk will officiate.The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Allison was born on October 28, 1964, in Columbia, SC to Otis H. Timmerman and Norma Shealy Timmerman.She passed away on March 25, 2022, at her home.Allison graduated from Richland Northeast High School in 1982. She was a talented gymnast, winning a State Championship and competing at the National level. Allison attended Brookland United Methodist Church and Virginia Wingard Memorial United Methodist Church.She enjoyed spending time with her animals and taking care of her family. Survivors include her husband, Brian L. Gunnells, married in 2018 and together for 26 years; daughter, Brittany Grace Fortuna; sisters, Christine Addy, Jessica Paxton, and Paige Wetherington (Jim); her granddaughter, Milina Grace Fortuna; and two nieces and two nephews. Allison was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jesse Timmerman.
